Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with global clients to understand their needs and propose solutions.
  • Manage scope, budget, and schedule to deliver high-quality learning products and experiences.
  • Work closely with learning designers, software engineers, account managers, and consultants to service clients as a trusted delivery partner.
  • Forecast project costs and ensure client invoicing and revenue forecasts are accurate.
  • Take responsibility for creating high-quality documentation and tracking milestones, revenue, and non-billable activity.
  • Coordinate deployment of materials to clients' Learning Management System.
  • Project manage multiple projects effectively and review, analyze, and produce clear, accurate reports on data.
Requirements
  • Experience as a project manager in a learning environment with a proven track record of successfully managing projects.
  • Detailed knowledge of the digital learning production process and experience with waterfall and agile processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to think critically and make well-informed decisions quickly.
  • Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing demands and conditions.
  • High attention to detail with accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
