We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook high-quality pastry dishes for our guests.
- Work closely with the service teams to ensure a great dining experience.
- Keep up to date with central menu changes and maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Experience as a Commis or Chef De Partie in a busy, high-volume operation.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Relevant culinary qualifications or equivalent.
- In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations.
