Job Overview

Position: Reliability and Process Improvement Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Reliability and Process Improvement Engineer to join our esteemed manufacturing organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring the optimal maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and enhancement of equipment across our operations.

Work Environment: Full-Time Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute all designated Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules punctually.
  • Guide operators in executing autonomous maintenance duties, machine setups, and optimization efforts while fostering equipment capability growth.
  • Assist in capital projects, including installation, commissioning, and testing as necessary.
  • Conduct weekly reviews of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) activities.
  • Participate in Daily Tier meetings and performance discussions to identify and resolve ongoing performance challenges.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and spearhead solution-oriented initiatives in collaboration with the engineering team.
  • Support the development of asset care and Reliability-Centered Performance Systems (RCPS) capabilities among TLS and Operators.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a mechanical or electrical engineer or technician.
  • Relevant certifications and a solid understanding of Health and Safety regulations and environmental risk management.
  • Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) is advantageous.
  • Possession of NVQ/SVQ/HND qualifications.
