About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Deputy Manager to join our team at The Works. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, improving customer experience, and developing our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume store leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and achieving commercial targets.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive store atmosphere, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive sales growth and improve retail performance through effective merchandising, stock management, and customer engagement.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Collaborate with support departments and peers to achieve business objectives and improve store standards.
