Immersive Experience Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Immersive Experience Technician to join our team at Ellipsis Entertainment Ltd. in London. As an Immersive Experience Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our immersive experiences, including the setup, testing, and maintenance of technical equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain technical equipment and systems, including lighting, sound, and video projection.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the venue, including the setup and breakdown of technical equipment.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our guests, ensuring that they have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in the immersive entertainment industry.
  • Strong knowledge of technical disciplines, including audio, video, and lighting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
