Health Visitor

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Health Visitor to join our team in Fraserburgh, Aberdeenshire. As a Health Visitor, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to families and children in our community.

• Manage a caseload of child protection and additional families, providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and agencies to deliver a comprehensive and equitable early intervention service.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, building trust and confidence in our services.
• Contribute to the development of our Health Visitor team, sharing knowledge and expertise to improve our practice and outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
• Experience of working in multi-agency teams and child protection, with a strong understanding of the GIRFEC principles.
• A good sense of humour and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
