Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Staff Nurse to join our post-surgical ward team on a permanent basis, working full-time hours and flexible to work occasional nights. As a Staff Nurse, you will be supporting patients recovering from a range of different surgeries while providing high-quality care.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support patients recovering from surgery, providing high-quality care and promoting best practice.
  • Join a high-performing team of experienced nurses who consistently receive excellent patient satisfaction feedback.
  • Contribute to quality improvements and actively promote best practice.
  • Make safe discharge decisions in collaboration with our consultant team.
  • Liaise and network with other departments across the hospital.

  • Promote best practice in health and safety and security.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated and supportive team at Spire Parkway Hospital in Solihull. As a Staff Nurse, you will be part of a comprehensive range of private hospital services, including diagnostic services, rehabilitation, and cutting-edge surgical procedures.

Requirements

  • Qualified Nurse with a valid NMC registration and no restrictions or conditions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience post-qualifying.
  • Must have elective surgical experience.
  • Passionate about providing excellent clinical care.
