Job Title: Team Leader - Checkouts

Job Summary

We're looking for a motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team as a Team Leader - Checkouts. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading a team of checkout staff, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and that our stores run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of checkout staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service
  • Manage resources effectively, ensuring that our stores are well-stocked and that our customers have a great shopping experience
  • Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work closely with other store teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Identify and address any issues or concerns that may impact customer satisfaction or store performance
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with a strong background in retail, who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has the ability to motivate and inspire a team. You'll be a problem-solver, comfortable making decisions quickly and putting them into action. You'll also be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
