Job Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our client's production team as a Production Operative. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Core forming, auto gill cutting, press operation, and spot welding.
  • Material handling and identification.
  • Monitoring and maintaining product quality.
  • Periodic inspection and recording of dimensional and weight parameters.
  • Packing components as necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • Previous experience within a production environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to understand engineering drawings.
Working Hours and Pay

The successful candidate will be required to work all three shifts, with varying pay rates:

  • Week 1: Monday to Friday, 6:00-14:00, £12.00 per hour.
  • Week 2: Monday to Friday, 14:00-22:00, £13.80 per hour.
  • Week 3: Sunday to Friday morning, 22:00-06:00, £15.96 per hour.
