About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Chef to join our team at Loungers. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading the culinary operations and ensuring that our high standards of food quality and presentation are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menus that are innovative, seasonal, and aligned with our brand values.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and stock control.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
