At Gleeds, we're committed to creating a workplace that's efficient, inclusive, and fun to be a part of. We're looking for ambitious, driven Graduates to join our team as Graduate Building Surveyors.

As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you'll have unlimited access to our experts, all of whom have years of experience in their respective fields. You'll be fully supported on your path to becoming fully-accredited, with on-the-job learning, mentorship, professional reviews, and a dedicated development team.

Your responsibilities will include assisting Building Surveyors in the delivery of building surveying services, including surveys, dilapidation advice, party wall advice, and construction projects. You'll also assist with the preparation of feasibility studies, cost plans, and tender documentation.

We're looking for Graduates who are clear and effective communicators, with good organisational skills and the ability to quickly adapt to changes. You'll need to have good ICT skills, with an elevated level of ability in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
