As an Early Years Educator, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality early years education, nurturing a passion for learning from the outset of a child's educational experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing a creative and engaging curriculum tailored to the unique needs of our young learners.
  • Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Planning and executing lessons that inspire and challenge students.
  • Assessing and monitoring student progress while providing constructive feedback.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to enhance teaching practices.
  • Building strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the wider community.
  • Participating in extracurricular activities and school events that enrich the student experience.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Early Years education.
  • A genuine passion for early years education and a creative approach to teaching.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and school enhancement.

Compensation: Competitive daily rate of £160-£210.
