Job Title: Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Williams Manufacturing. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering site improvements, production, and process improvements.

About the Role:

  • Deliver multiple engineering projects simultaneously, on time and within budget constraints.
  • Work closely with senior management to drive continuous improvement, upgrade, and installation projects.
  • Develop project plans and oversee project execution, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Manage capital expenditure, including sourcing materials, parts, and machinery, and acquiring and managing contractors.
  • Ensure health and safety, risk assessments, and method statement reviews are conducted.
  • Present project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong mechanical and electrical engineering background.
  • Proven experience in cradle-to-grave project management.
  • Competencies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and automation.
  • Understanding of COSHH and chemical handling.
  • CE certification, ATEX, HAZOP, HAZID desirable.
