About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Spa Beauty Therapist to join our team at Bannatyne Health Club in Chafford Hundred. As a Senior Spa Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a wide range of holistic and maintenance treatments to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality treatments to clients, including hot lava shell massage and bamboo deep tissue massage
  • Provide personalized training to therapists to develop their skill set
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards of quality and customer service
  • Maximize sales and promote products to achieve or exceed budget targets
  • Enthusiastically work with a positive team to deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • NVQ Beauty Level 3 essential
  • Excellent customer service skills with a customer-focused attitude
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Focus on maximizing sales to achieve or exceed budget targets
