We are currently working with a leading insurance company specializing in personal and business insurance for their customers, operating throughout the UK and Ireland.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented CRM Developer to join their Information Technology department. This is a permanent position aimed at enhancing the company's digital interactions through innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications within the banking environment.
  • Interface directly with step-by-step analysis, design, and implementation of CRM solutions.
  • Oversight and improvement of the integration of CRM applications with existing infrastructures.
  • Maintain exceptional quality of software development and deployment procedures.
  • Supporting the business outside of development and getting involved in other IT related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure Fundamentals, Power Platforms Fundamentals.
  • Extensive experience in both front-end and back-end development technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in database management systems.
  • Fluent in multiple programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL among others related to CRM platforms.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex project requirements.
  • Coding experience in Java,.NET and Azure.
