About the Role

At IDEMIA, we're on a mission to unlock the world and make it safer through our cutting-edge identity technologies. As a Backend Software Developer, you'll join our Public Security division, which applies biometric technology expertise to empower global law enforcement agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop software solutions using Java, JavaScript, and Spring Boot to meet requirements and optimize software performance.
  • Identify and reuse existing software components, libraries, and frameworks to enhance solutions.
  • Apply knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, secure coding, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Contribute to requirement analysis and estimations, and support software testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities.
  • Document and demonstrate solutions by developing code comments, layouts, diagrams, and charts.

Requirements

  • Experience in back-end development with knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
  • Good command of English and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and follow defined processes.
