In this role, you will:

  • Lead a team of data experts in shaping our data architecture and engineering strategies for impactful business solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to develop and deliver cutting-edge application services aligned with evolving business processes.
  • Mentor and support colleagues in Data Engineering and Architecture, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Work cross-functionally to define and implement a comprehensive digital strategy for our Data Infrastructure, ensuring scalability and resilience.
  • Drive the implementation of robust Data Governance processes and best practices, safeguarding data integrity and compliance.

Your qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven success in digital programs and project environments, demonstrating a strong understanding of the data landscape.
  • Proficiency in data science programming languages such as SQL, Python, and R, enabling you to analyze and interpret complex datasets effectively.
  • Experience leading Data Engineering/Science projects and teams, showcasing your ability to manage resources and deliver impactful results.
  • Familiarity with applications like SAP, Team Centre, and Power Platform, demonstrating your adaptability to diverse technological ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of databases, Data Migration, Integration projects, and visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI, enabling you to leverage data for informed decision-making.
