About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Programme Manager to join our team at Ontic. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing programmes focused on product or programme development, ideally within the aerospace or marine industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage programmes from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
- Develop and implement business processes and methods to improve efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
- Monitor and report on programme progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful programme delivery.
Requirements
- Proven programme/project management experience from an Engineering business.
- Good understanding of business processes/methods such as Supplier/Manufacturing/Quality means and methods.
- Experience of managing projects focused on product or programme development, ideally within the aerospace or marine industries.
- Full UK Driving License with flexibility to travel nationally and internationally as required by the business.
