Goods Inwards Inspector Job Description

**Role Overview**

Line Up Aviation is seeking a skilled Goods Inwards Inspector to ensure the quality and compliance of received goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Verify and accept procured products in line with contractual conditions
* Conduct inspections to detect faulty finishing or painting, deterioration of surfaces, and other defects
* Produce relevant inspection/quality control documentation
* Check and complete all paperwork associated with delivered articles
* Ensure inspections are completed on time
* Control defect items via segregation from good product
* Raise and maintain relevant defect reports
* Maintain product verification approval process via regular audits

**Requirements**

* Formal technical engineering/craft apprenticeship to NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21 or HNC
* Formal further education certificate to HNC or equivalent certificate
* Manual handling training
* ESD training
* SAP literacy is desirable
