Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in an engineering role, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry.
  • Proven track record of leading complex engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in engineering lifecycle and design reviews.
  • Ability to present technical content at all levels across the business.
  • Indirect or direct management experience, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
