Job Title: Window Cleaner/Driver

Job Summary:

ABM UK is seeking a skilled Window Cleaner/Driver to join our team. As a Window Cleaner/Driver, you will be responsible for undertaking all planned and scheduled window cleaning, high-level or specialist cleaning works to various sites and locations across the City of London & Surrounding Area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a shared company van to various sites and locations.
  • Undertake all planned and scheduled window cleaning, high-level or specialist cleaning works.
  • Perform carpet cleaning, hard floor cleaning, pressure washing, and graffiti removal tasks.
  • Ensure all necessary equipment checks are completed as and when required.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Work safely within safety guidelines and ensure team members integrate and communicate effectively.

Requirements:

  • Commercial window cleaning experience is required.
  • Ability to work at height and possess specialist cleaning knowledge (desirable or training provided).
  • Must be able to work in a team or independently and have the ability to travel.
  • Able to stay away from home when required.
  • Hold a Full UK Driving License and possess IPAF, PASMA, Working at Height, Harness Training, and SEAMA certifications.
