Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Collins Aerospace. As a key member of our infrastructure and maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maintain and improve our facilities and infrastructure.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Oversee the management of external regulatory compliance tasks, including LOLER, PUWER, and HVAC FGas.
- Collaborate with the finance team to manage department budgets and support monthly reviews.
- Support the management of the Emergency Response Team, including training and development.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of corporate policies and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Provide leadership, management, and coaching to the team to support their development.
Requirements:
- Substantial experience in a comparable infrastructure or maintenance management role.
- Hold a relevant HNC or HND qualification in a related field or have equivalent experience.
- Complex project and budget management experience.
- Hold an IOSH or NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent.
- Experience of asset risk management.
