Howells Solutions Limited is on the lookout for a proficient and seasoned Social Housing Maintenance Specialist to become a vital part of our committed team.
Role Overview:
In the capacity of a Social Housing Maintenance Specialist, you will be instrumental in the upkeep and enhancement of social housing units.
Your duties will encompass:
1. Executing repair and maintenance activities across multiple trades, such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general property upkeep.
2. Addressing service requests promptly and effectively.
3. Guaranteeing that all tasks are performed to exceptional quality standards and adhere to applicable regulations.
4. Collaborating with fellow team members and subcontractors to fulfill project objectives.
5. Delivering outstanding customer service to residents and professionally resolving their inquiries.
Requirements:
1. Demonstrated experience as a Maintenance Specialist in a social housing or comparable setting.
2. Relevant trade certifications in plumbing, carpentry, or related disciplines.
3. Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
