Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Oversight: Manage and coordinate with supply chain and logistics providers to ensure service levels are met and that all materials are delivered on time.
  • Warehouse Management: Implement and maintain GMP compliant warehouse management systems to optimize inventory control and reduce costs.
  • Inventory Management: Develop and manage efficient inventory processes between on-site and off-site facilities to ensure timely and compliant supply, storage, and shipment of materials.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain traceability and documentation in line with regulatory standards to ensure compliance with GMP requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and train the supply chain team to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure that all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Financial Management: Manage the supply chain budget and address any discrepancies promptly to ensure that all financial obligations are met.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in GMP biopharmaceutical supply chain and warehouse management.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills to lead and motivate the supply chain team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent organizational and communication abilities to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Personal Qualities: Commitment to maintaining high standards and continuous personal development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
