We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of residential development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage key information, engineering, and working drawing packages to enable residential development projects to be built as intended and to obtain all necessary technical approvals.
- Lead a team of professionals to deliver projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring they are aligned with the company's overall strategy and objectives.
- Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards.
- Valid SMSTS Certificate.
- Experience working on new build multi-story projects or housing projects.
- RC Frame construction experience.
- NVQ Level 3-4 BTEC diploma in Building Construction or similar.
- Valid Scaffold Inspection certificate.
- Valid LOLER certificate.
