About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance Operations team as an Administration Support Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our customers, ensuring accurate and timely processing of banking functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and batch post for processing and send to AXA Global Business Services within pre-defined timescales.
  • Perform banking processes daily, adhering to Payment Card Industry Security Standard (PCIDSS) guidelines.
  • Receive and respond to inbound calls, processing card payments as necessary.
  • Support and deliver processes for the wider Finance Operations teams, adhering to best practice and timeframes.
  • Ensure efficient day-to-day storage and archiving for the Finance Operations function.
  • Process Finance Operations work requests to specification within agreed timescales.
  • Collaborate with Finance Operations teams to deliver ad-hoc tasks.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers, delivering excellent service.
  • Contribute to the delivery of Finance Operations and key priorities through personal alignment to agreed specific actions.
Requirements
  • English and Mathematics qualifications GCSE level 1-9 grades.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer-orientated background, with the ability to work in a fast-paced change environment.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
  • Attention to detail, with skills to successfully plan and manage workload.
  • Self-motivated, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
