In this position, you will collaborate with educators to engage students effectively, aiding them in achieving their utmost potential within a nurturing and stimulating environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized and small group assistance to students.
  • Prepare learning spaces and resources to foster an engaging educational atmosphere.
  • Establish positive relationships to promote interaction and learning.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of lessons tailored to meet diverse needs.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Prior experience in a special educational needs environment is preferred.
  • Strong support abilities, resilience, and a genuine enthusiasm for education are crucial.
  • Must have achieved GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English.
  • Must be calm, engaging, and a collaborative team player dedicated to achieving success.
  • Motivated by the objective of enabling every student to reach their potential.

We are a newly established independent specialist school dedicated to providing education for students aged 5 to 18 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) diagnoses.
