Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data management strategies that align with business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver data-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize data management initiatives
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all systems and processes
  • Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to data management teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in data management, with 7+ years of leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of data management concepts, including data governance, data quality, and data security
  • Experience with data management tools and technologies, including data warehousing, ETL, and data visualization
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives
