3 on 3 off, day and night shifts, 12-hour rotations with 7am and 7pm starts.

About the Role:
TXM Recruit is currently seeking a Lead Maintenance Engineer to join a prestigious organization recognized globally. This role is pivotal as the company continues to invest in its flagship operations with exciting growth prospects ahead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform both reactive and planned preventative maintenance tasks to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team of 12 to enhance production performance.
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including motors, controllers, and sensors.
  • Contribute to a culture of World Class Manufacturing (WCM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Proficient in both electrical and mechanical engineering disciplines.
  • Hold a Level 3 engineering qualification.
  • Possess a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments such as FMCG or highly automated settings.
