We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to lead our team on a large industrial project in Crewe. The successful candidate will have recent experience in roofing, cladding, and internals & fit-out.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee site operations, ensuring high-quality project delivery, safety, and efficiency.
  • Manage all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or delays swiftly.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and within specifications.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Site Management within the roofing, cladding, and internals sectors, ideally on industrial or logistics projects.
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance on-site.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams effectively.
  • CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications are essential.
