About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at Jardine Motors Group. As a Senior Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the front of house service team to ensure excellent customer service and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure that all vehicles are serviced and repaired to the highest standards.
- Monitor and improve service quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Service Advisor or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and processes, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
