We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Support Worker to join our team at The Wilf Ward Family Trust. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering specialized care services to individuals with complex health needs.
Our services provide 24-hour support to individuals with profound and multiple learning disabilities and complex health and mobility issues. As a Support Worker, you will work independently and as part of a team to ensure that all needs are met with the highest level of quality and compassion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Personal care and hygiene
- Meal preparation and assistance
- Monitoring and administering medication
- Assistance with mobility and daily living activities
- Accompanying individuals to activities and outings
We offer a comprehensive training program to support your development and success in this role. If you have a caring and compassionate nature, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow, we encourage you to apply.
Please note that a DBS check and referencing will be required prior to a start date.
