We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our award-winning luxury care home, Cavendish Park. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional resident care and creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents and their families.
About You
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated individual who is passionate about providing outstanding care and support to our residents. You will be a natural people person, able to build strong relationships with our residents, their families, and your colleagues. You will be experienced in care planning and risk assessments, and have a sound understanding of the NMC medication guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality resident care, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of each resident are met.
- Work closely with your team to provide a safe and welcoming environment for our residents.
- Manage and motivate your team to achieve excellence in care delivery.
- Ensure the provision of personal nursing care is consistently delivered to all residents.
- Build strong relationships with our residents, their families, and the local community.
- Participate in care planning and risk assessments to ensure the care delivery reflects the needs of each resident.
