We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Apprentice Composite Technician. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in gaining knowledge and experience within a composite manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the production of complex composite structures, including cloth cutting, laminating, infusion, and trimming.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure efficient manufacturing processes and high-quality products.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of composite materials and manufacturing techniques.
- Collaborate with other departments to appreciate the product life cycle and interdependencies between departments.
- Support the use of lean tools and techniques to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
- GCSE level 4+ in Maths, Science, and English.
- Good IT skills and ability to work with various software applications.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
