Vertu Land Rover Yeovil is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team.
We offer a competitive basic salary of £40,000 and an OTE of £60,000, plus a company car and benefits.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a controlled sales process through a team of Assistant Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and support colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Proven sales management experience in the automotive industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
