**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide guidance and support to the team, ensuring smooth hotel operations during the night.
* Conduct regular night audits and corridor checks to guarantee the safety and well-being of all guests.
* Develop strong relationships with guests, recognizing their needs and preferences.
* Lead the team on night-time tasks, including Fire Walks, Function Room preparation, and Food & Drink services.
* Prepare and submit accurate finance reports and Duty Manager Logs in advance of the daily HOD Meeting.
* Maintain effective communication with all departments, fostering a seamless link between night and day shifts.
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience with Opera cloud and hotel night shift operations.
* First Aid Certificate or willingness to attend a training day.
