Job Title: Lettings Negotiator

We are seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our team at The CLR Group. As a key member of our sales and lettings team, you will be responsible for generating applicants for our properties, responding to enquiries, and negotiating offers with tenants and landlords.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend daily meetings with your manager and colleagues to discuss your day
  • Generate applicants for our properties by calling existing databases
  • Respond to enquiries from property portals and negotiate offers with tenants and landlords
  • Arrange and conduct viewings
  • Hitting sales targets and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis
Requirements:
  • Money Hungry
  • Target driven
  • Articulate and professional
  • Previous lettings experience
