Conveyancing Secretary Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conveyancing Secretary to join our team at ACS Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Conveyancing Secretary, you will provide administrative support to our Conveyancing Solicitors, ensuring the smooth operation of our conveyancing department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare correspondence and documents using our case management system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administer filing systems, including daily filing, storage, and retrieval of client files.
  • Prepare and dispatch mail and enclosures.
  • Arrange scanning and photocopying of paperwork.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the conveyancing team.
Requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in Residential Conveyancing.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and undertake searches, ID checks, and other work on files without dictation.
  • High levels of speed and accuracy.
  • Good telephone manner and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Highly organized and methodical approach to work.
