Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance services to our clients in the Fife area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a customer-focused planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance service relating to gas-related equipment and plant to meet client and statutory obligations.
  • Provide mechanical service capability to related components, such as gas booster sets, pressurization units, pressure vessels, and water heaters.
  • Support the local engineering teams in delivering quality service delivery 24/7, with a future requirement to be part of the out-of-hours emergency rota team.
Person Specification:
  • An experienced Heating Technician with a proactive fault-finding approach to engineering, working on Commercial Gas equipment and mechanical systems.
  • A personable engineer who can articulate to clients the necessary steps and actions required to rectify issues when needed.
  • Current qualifications to work as a Commercial Gas engineer, including ACS Modules CIGA1, CODNCO1, CORT1, ICAE1, ICPN1, TPCP1 & TPCP1A, and Gas Safe Qualified.
