Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute social impact programs and initiatives that drive business value and social impact.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including non-profit organizations, community groups, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social impact into our business operations and strategies.
- Develop and manage budgets, programs, and partnerships to achieve social impact goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of social impact programs and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, social sciences, or environmental studies.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate social responsibility, social impact, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social impact programs and initiatives.
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
