We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire Safety Training Specialist to join our team at Compass Skills Training. As a Fire Safety Tutor and Risk Assessor, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve the highest standards of fire safety and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Course Delivery: Design and deliver comprehensive fire safety training courses to a diverse range of learners, ensuring they are up-to-date with current fire safety legislation and guidance.
  • Conducting Fire Risk Assessments: Conduct thorough fire risk assessments for various buildings and facilities to ensure compliance with fire safety legislation, documenting findings in detailed reports and providing clear recommendations for risk mitigation.
Requirements:
  • Specialist Subject Knowledge: Hold a Level 4 Diploma in Fire Safety (Fire Inspectors) and have a strong understanding of fire safety legislation and guidance.
  • Teaching Qualification: Have or be working towards a Level 3 teaching qualification.
  • Personal Qualities: Possess good personal presentation and professional demeanor, strong organizational and communication skills, and a history of good timekeeping and attendance record.
