We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our client's main dealer site in the Exeter area. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Executives to achieve strong sales performance on a monthly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase profit per unit.
- Stock Management: Control and manage new car stock to ensure the right vehicles are available for the market area.
- Online Presence: Ensure all online adverts are created and managed in accordance with company and manufacturer guidelines.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Business Manager in the motor trade.
- Knowledge: Good understanding of new vehicle sales and the ability to analyze sales data.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
