Deputy Finance Manager – General Ledger

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional

to join our team at the University of Oxford. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team member with a strong interest in delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • A studying or qualified accountant with a strong background in finance
  • Previous experience in a similar finance role, including line management

Key Responsibilities

The Deputy Finance Manager – General Ledger will be responsible for:

  • Managing the general ledger and ensuring accurate financial reporting
  • Providing financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
  • Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures
