Nuffield Health is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at our Ilford FWC site. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages and abilities to achieve their swimming goals
  • Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes, promoting a fun and supportive learning environment
  • Be a positive role model, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Promote memberships by explaining the benefits of our facilities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve lesson performance and achieve targets

What We Offer

As a Swim Instructor at Nuffield Health, you will enjoy a competitive hourly rate, plus benefits. You will also have the opportunity to gain experience and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work on an ad-hoc basis, as this role is based on the bank.
