We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to join our team at Clarion. As a key member of our fleet management team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks associated with the management of our fleet estate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a central vehicle list in conjunction with local area support
  • Process traffic fines and penalties
  • Driver Licence Checking in conjunction with local area support
  • Grey Fleet Checks in line with Group H&S
  • Ensure all MOT's are completed on time in conjunction with local area support
  • Ensure all vehicle inspections are carried out in conjunction with local area support
  • Provide an advice/help line for all drivers
  • Maintain accounts with parking, congestion, and toll suppliers in conjunction with local area support
  • Act as an escalation point for suppliers (garages, rental companies, insurers etc.)

You will be working closely with our local area support teams to ensure the smooth operation of our fleet. You will need to have excellent organizational skills, a sound working knowledge of business operating systems, and experience with MS Office suite.
