About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining mission-critical systems. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects and provide technical leadership to the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build mission-critical systems using Linux and Windows operating systems
  • Administer and maintain IP networking systems, including subnetting, OSPF routing, VLANs, and VPNs
  • Automate system deployment, operation, and maintenance using Infrastructure as Code and Configuration Management tooling
  • Collaborate with architects, software developers, and testers to align complex systems to exacting standards
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience working in IT systems design, deployment, and administration, with recent roles in technical or team leadership positions
  • Extensive experience administering Linux and Windows operating systems in large corporate environments
  • Experience administering containerized systems in Docker, OpenShift, and/or Kubernetes
  • Experience automating tasks using Ansible, Bash, PowerShell, Puppet, or Python
  • Experience designing, deploying, and troubleshooting IPv4 networking, including subnetting, OSPF routing, VLANs, and VPNs
