About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) to join our client's growing Nursery team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the Room Leader in the day-to-day running of the designated room and nursery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acting as a Key person to a number of children, building strong relationships with parents and maintaining a strong line of communication.
  • Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of resources and equipment in the indoor and outdoor areas.
  • Completing observations and ensuring that these are recorded accordingly.
  • Planning and delivering activities that align with the EYFS curriculum.
  • Adhering to internal and external policies and regulations, promoting a culture of safeguarding.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a Level 3 Childcare related qualification.
  • GCSE or equivalent English and Mathematics Grade C or above (if Childcare Qualification achieved after September).
  • A strong knowledge of EYFS frameworks and safeguarding.
