The Role

In this role, you will work on a diverse range of matters, including:

  • Compliance with UK and EU sanctions regulations;
  • Export control management;
  • Anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws;
  • Anti-money laundering regulations;
  • Foreign direct investment (FDI) strategies;
  • International public law and trade law;
  • WTO and trade law compliance.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be a skilled lawyer with 3-8 years' PQE and a strong background in sanctions work, excellent drafting and advisory skills, and the ability to manage client expectations. Additionally, you will be expected to contribute to business development initiatives and maintain a proactive approach to learning and growing within the team.
