Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Domestic Appliance Service Engineer to join our team at Concept Resourcing. As a Domestic Appliance Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert repair and maintenance services to a wide range of domestic appliances, including washing machines, tumble dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and cookers/ovens.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out repairs and maintenance on domestic appliances in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Work with a variety of branded products, including Bosch, Beko, Hotpoint, Whirlpool, Glen Dimplex, Miele, and Electrolux.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work independently, with minimal supervision, and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and products in the domestic appliance industry.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in domestic appliance repair and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of domestic appliances, including washing machines, cookers, fridges, freezers, dishwashers, tumble dryers, and hobs.
  • Qualifications such as City & Guilds 224, 16th/17th Edition, Part-P, and gas qualifications (CCN1 and CKR1) would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
