We are a family-run business that prides itself on offering our clients a unique and unforgettable luxury experience. As an Executive Director, you will have the opportunity to build on the foundations that have already been laid and take the business to new heights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring that all events are executed to the highest standards.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and consistently high-quality events.
  • Financial Management: Assume full financial responsibility for the events business, including budgeting and financial planning.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all clients receive an unforgettable luxury experience at Standon Hall, regardless of the occasion.

Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience as a general manager in a hotel or events setting is essential.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of P&L and financial principles, as well as hospitality health and safety standards and Food & Beverage procedures.
  • Education: A degree in hospitality or a related field is desirable.
